Schlosshotel Kronberg

Schlosshotel Kronberg is a grand castle experience with a German touch

Located above the picturesque Taunus town of Kronberg, Schlosshotel Kronberg stands proud in the middle of an impressive, 58-hectare park adjacent to an 18-hole golf course. Schlosshotel Kronberg is owned by the Landgrave and Princes von Hessen and has been a luxury hotel ever since 1954.  Built under commission of Empress Victoria Friedrich and completed in 1893, Schloss Friedrichshof is today one of the most impressive German castles and offers its guests living history to touch and feel.  Exclusive furnishings and an impressive collection of antiques and paintings from the private estate of the mother of the last Kaiser convey the authentic ambience of a castle from imperial times.

In order to ensure an even more memorable and comfortable stay, the fine property has been extensively refurbished over the past 2 years.  For creation and design, the well-known British interior designer Nina Campbell was appointed.  She managed to combine the vintage furniture with own her designs thus realizing a perfect room and space concept.  The newly-created rooms feature all the latest creature comforts as one would expect from an iconic property such as Schlosshotel Kronberg.  Decorated in warm colours and boasting delicate fabrics, the elegant rooms welcome their guests in a very cordial way. Given the perfect connection to Frankfurt, Schlosshotel Kronberg is loved in equal measure by businessmen, golfers, gourmets, people who appreciate art, and traditional values.  Also for weddings and bridal pairs, it offers the perfect place and setting.
