La Escondida Restaurant proffers a wide selection of Spanish delicacies and home-grown favourites. Each meal is prepared under the attentive care of a Michelin Star trained Chef. Guests may choose to enjoy their meals al fresco on the terrace, or nestled by the crackling fireplace inside the intimate dining room. Many of the delightful ingredients used in the restaurant are sourced from local farmers and ranchers, with exception to the herbs and produce that is grown on the Escondida property. Some of the most memorable meals at the restaurant include the Open Ravioli with Poached Salmon as well as the Confit of Lamb with Aubergine Caviar.
