In 2023, La Maison d’Estournel inaugurated an 18-metre heated pool, out of sight and with views over the vineyard. This pool is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasures of summer.
The chef of the hotel’s restaurant pays tribute to the treasures of its generous terroir with local seasonal cuisine, modernise with a view to maximize lightness and simplicity.
